Most payments fail simply because the credit card has expired. We will keep your account open for 60 days to enable you time to update your payment details. You can update your card details at any time via your Membership Account page, then select Subsciptions and you will then see a link marked UPDATE.

If you have a Paid Membership plan and are still receiving an error messsage then please go to your Membership Account. Select the Subscriptions tab, then check that your membership subscription is showing as ACTIVE.
